 : I've seen the small reading room and the exhibition.... And also I looked at closely it equipped with instruments for disabled. Tax should be spent in this way... Now budget for social welfare is decreasing and the budget for building something is increasing... Yes, there are so many buglers at the Government.

 Who suggested this idea? A citizen comes here and record his or her story happened in Seoul with their own voice. And this will be kept as history.... Wow. It's a good idea.... But I don't see any participant...here.
