The Old City Hall, returned to citizens? Part 1

 : In Korea, The political powers seem to think public properties are their own... Korea is very unique and strange country, not like the democratic developed countries such as France, England or USA... In Korea many unusual things happen. We ranked number 1 in many bad aspects such as suicide rate, poverty rate of seniors, the longest working hours and so on... From the sacrifice of the fathers and mothers, we rose this far... but

 Very insensitive to the sacrifice of the weak... I feel shameful for the cruelty of the people here.... 

 New city hall was built.. And the old one became the Public Library.

1	Now the public library

 Now it's Library and also a resting place for the Citizens... I don't know this kind of transformation is usual in other countries... or not...

 

 Anyway at least it became a very good place for resting for the Citizens....

2	Reading room

 How many people really visit here to read something in this Internet era... There are more companies and organizations than houses... I guess there must be not that many people visit...here...

 And why they made this a library... They might have made it for other purpose...
