  I've got message from unkown.

: Is this possible for not friend of mine to send a message to me? or did I add him before? Not sure anyway I got messeage... like following.

A message came to me what?

: He wants to use his money for charity... What a very good deed...

 They don't give up easily...

: If someone is really in need of money, he or she might fall for it. They insist really. Long ago, about 10 years ago I could've been a victim through email. Long ago I've received this kind of message to my email. Even I got a phone call from the scammer... who asked me to help him to transact his money... But he had very weird accent of English... He probably is from a middle east country. I realized it was a scam when he had asked some money from me.

Now, I got this on facebook.... And he gave me a contact of his attorney... Really? I won't.. I don't want to spend any money for it.

And lastly I asked him to send some money first...

Who the hell he is?

Strangely real names appeared...

Even I raised trust issue between us... And he sent mesage again..

I asked him to send me some money first.

And his plan and situations and blabla...

Finally he sent his contact...

Not openly spoken truth in Korea Part 2

:  I want to give you some more specific idea on the prostitution business in Korea. I guess the following ads are what you can see only in Korea, I guess. Please read my previous posting.

  Previous posting

  1. 2016.01.10 Not openly spoken truth in Korea Part 1 (1)

1

  Dabang

: As you might have read on my previous posting, you would know what the '다방' means and also what you can expect from calling to the number. 다방(Dabang) means "tea room", "tea house" or "tea shop". Actually I gathered the following ads in front of the door of the house where I lodged. But the Massage ads I got on a street in Ansan.

Dabang Fliers

 Ticket Dabang

: Almost all Korean men above 20 years old would know what you can get from calling to the number... It's quite well known but not spoken openly.

As you know, prostitution is illegal in Korea. It's so unfair. Wealthy people buy girls easily and in an easy way... seemingly legal way by saying they love each other... Even the marriage is done for money... In a sense it is also prostitution. But ordinary males in Korea have to be so careful to buy a sex even so expensive. The sex cannot be controlled by law. It's a basic instinct and human nature.

We need a law prohibiting poverty more than the law prohibiting prostitution. But the rich people don't want it or don't care because no matter what the law says, they won't have much trouble in getting laid.

This was aired by major mass media in Korea like followings.

Small and tiny things to know about Korea. Part 2

: If you ever travel abroad, you would know how different life style and also the way to express something... Here I want to show many small things.. and documents... you can see or you wouldn't see forever in Korea.

1

 Citizen Defense(Minbangwi)

Summoning paper for a training

: This is a document you will never see. It's only issued to men after military service. In Korea all men have to serve military about 2 years. But after the 2 year service, it's not the end. We have to do military training(reserve force training) for a short period 5 times to 3 times a year for more 5 or 6 years. And also this is not the end. After the training, we get a training again two or three times a year in the name of Minbanwi(civil defense) until we get 40 years old.

If you are born a Korean man in a ordinary family(not rich), you get sucks... You don't have any choice but to serve if you are not sick or have some problem.... Some guys even give up Korean nationality to avoid the service....

Receipt and Certificate for Locker

: This is what you see frequently when you travel in Korea by Subway. There is locker facility at almost every subway station. You can put your luggage there. It's not that big to contain the big size travel bag but can contain your backpack and other small things together. Of course there are bigger sized compartments. You'd better to keep the paper because it has the number of the locker and the time...

: You are going to meet very unusual things while traveling in Korea... I came up with a few things with explanations.

1

 On the street.

Business card sized flyers for ads

: They are spread on the street of especially downtwon. It's about lending money(credit) with interests. The rate is very high. So be careful. No you don't need to. Because they won't lend you any money because you are a foreigner.

Garbages

: We had a kind of dumping place at a corner in a town. But nowadays we separate garbages into many kinds including recycling. But in some places you can see scattered garbage like this on the street. It's just not supposed to be.

Bicycle Lent

: You can borrow a bicycle there. It's kind of widespread program in Korea. It's for free.

Real estate Ads and others...

A kind of ticket for using a computer at a Internet Cafe

: It's a new system adopted by several Internet Cafe in Korea. You pay the fee on an auto machine in advance. And you can use the card number "9066". It's not usual right now.

This is a lotto card

And another instant lotto

: The computerized paper is the lotto managed by the Government, which is the biggest in Korea. 1,000 won per a number set. At least you have to pay for the 5 number sets. It's done every week. The numbers are selected on every Saturday. Anyone can buy it. The ticket is the certificate to get the winning prize.
