 : The Major's office was open... And this might mean that the city hall is really returned to the citizens.... I could enter the room freely.... of course there was a manager like person sitting... I wanted to take a seat there but I didn't...

  It was well displayed and exhibited....

 : I've seen the small reading room and the exhibition.... And also I looked at closely it equipped with instruments for disabled. Tax should be spent in this way... Now budget for social welfare is decreasing and the budget for building something is increasing... Yes, there are so many buglers at the Government.

 Who suggested this idea? A citizen comes here and record his or her story happened in Seoul with their own voice. And this will be kept as history.... Wow. It's a good idea.... But I don't see any participant...here.

Project Explanation

 I decided to see from 5 floor to downstairs... When I visited the path to the rooftop was blocked. Therefore I couldn't see the view from the top...

 : In Korea, The political powers seem to think public properties are their own... Korea is very unique and strange country, not like the democratic developed countries such as France, England or USA... In Korea many unusual things happen. We ranked number 1 in many bad aspects such as suicide rate, poverty rate of seniors, the longest working hours and so on... From the sacrifice of the fathers and mothers, we rose this far... but

 Very insensitive to the sacrifice of the weak... I feel shameful for the cruelty of the people here.... 

 New city hall was built.. And the old one became the Public Library.

 Now it's Library and also a resting place for the Citizens... I don't know this kind of transformation is usual in other countries... or not...

 Anyway at least it became a very good place for resting for the Citizens....

 How many people really visit here to read something in this Internet era... There are more companies and organizations than houses... I guess there must be not that many people visit...here...

 And why they made this a library... They might have made it for other purpose...
