Three courses suggested for foreign travelers in Busan, Korea.


 : Hey buddy. This is the plan I could make. 3 or 4 days are just not enough for all the things to be covered. Anyway, I made some suggestions for you.



1

 Route 1 - Downtown Busan



: It includes Gwangbokro Culture and Fashion Street, Bosudong Book Street Culture CenterBIFF squre, Yongdusan Park, Busan Modern History Museum, Trickeye Museum Busan and Jagalchi Market


  Departure: 9 am

  Duration: 5 to 7 hours.


  Transportation: Subway(about 1,500 KRW per one-way).


  For lunch, about 7,000 to 9,000 KRW expected.

: It focuses on the current Korean culture and markets. Of course you can see some historic things here. There are some good foods for Koreans to enjoy. And you will see lots of Koreans walking around. It's like Myungdong in Seoul.

 Route 2, Geumjeong MT. Hiking Course



It includes Seokbulsa Temple, Street of the Pusan National University, Busan National University(which I graduated from), Geumkang Botanic Garden(Entrance fee), Busan Marine Natural History Museum, Geumgang Park


  Departure: 9 am

  Duration: 5 to 7 hours.


  Transportation: Subway(about 1,500 KRW per one-way).


  For lunch, about 7,000 to 9,000 KRW expected. 



Route




: Geumjeong MT. is very huge and wide. Even the famous Beomeosa is located here. If you want, we can visit there by hiking. But it will take extra hours. If we have extra hours, we can try, Geumjeong Fortress, Beomeosa Temple, Busan Al-Fatah Masjid. 


 It's about the past, future and the Nature. You can see and meet Pusan National University students, maybe. And also a park and museum. And you can feel the Nature of Geumjeong MT.

 Route 3, Trying another city.



It includes Tongdosa Temple, Ulsan Daegok Museum, Uleumgol, Milyang Dam. 


  Departure: 9 am

  Duration: 8 or 9 hours.


  Transportation: Car

  

  For Lunch: 10,000 won expected.


   


Route




: This traveling is just for the Tongdosa. If you want, you can choose just to visit Tongdosa. The Uleumgol is famous for the cold spot even during the Hot Summer. There are so many locals to visit there in Summer... 


 And the Daegok is another place for hiking.... but not well known even to Koreans, especially for foreign tourists.
