Not bad value per price, Minjoonggak Guesthouse
Lots of guest houses are gathered in Jeju island. Usually more hostels and guesthouses in Jeju City. And also there are many guesthouses not registered in Hotel Reservation Apps. And FYI, the cheapest offers can be found in "Agoda.com" as far as I checked then. The price range was from 8 USD... in hotels.com

I reserved this through 'Hotels.com' which supports Paypal. 9.47 USD for 4-male dorm. Total 11.46 USD. It's a little bit expensive to me.
Location
This was the cheapest hostel available in Hotels.com, which is the reason I booked here. And I found that there were lots of foreigners. Because it was cheap....
This was transformed from old motel(yeokwan). Therefore each room has its own toilet and shower. And top floor you can find common room and also kitchen. I think the owner made right decision. This is the way to make more money...

: As you see, as a dormitory room, it equips with everything you need, even air conditioner. If it had curtain for privacy for a bed, it would be perfect.
: The toilet and the shower room seems not to have been changed at all... from that of the old motel style...
