Fairly good guesthouse in Seogwipo - Slow Citi Guesthouse
Lots of guest houses are gathered in Jeju island. Usually more hostels and guesthouses in Jeju City. And also there are many guesthouses not registered in Hotel Reservation Apps. And FYI, the cheapest offers can be found in "Agoda.com" as far as I checked then. The price range was from 8 USD... in hotels.com

I reserved this through 'Hotels.com' which supports Paypal. 11.41 USD for 4-male dorm. Total 12.55 USD. It's a little bit expensive to me.

In summary,
Good things
1. The beds and linens were so clean. And wooden bed with a little different shape...
2. Good and new facilities.
3. Breakfast was best among the hostels I've been in Jeju. The cornflakes were the first here in Jeju...
4. Spacious kitchen and common room
Bad
1. No curtain for bed...(no privacy)
2. Old way of lock on the door.
3. Less equipped with necessaries on the bed such as power outlets and so on.
4. No elevator
5. Hotel-style rooms were transformed into dormitories... with toilet and shower room inside.
Good wifi connection... You'd better come here with a few friends together(3 beds dormitory). When I was there, there were less clients... I don't know why... I've just seen there about 4 ~ 5 guests...

: I felt some discrimination against domestic clients... they changed the room with 4 beds into 3 beds on the 3rd floor. And one foreigner was supposed to be with me but he changed a room into a room on the 1st floor... What is that?
: I don't like the toilet and shower room together with a room. Because there can be bad smells in a narrow space and also coming and going out of the shower and toilet can cause some noise or trouble there...
: Here the breakfast was so good. There were several bad points but overall it was really good.
